Financial infrastructure only. Introduction Credits are not active. Nothing is sold, nothing is charged, and no identified referral is released commercially.
Paid introduction unlocking is disabled. The control point between patient authorisation and the release of identified details is documented but not activated.
Credit records are financial only. They contain no patient, clinical or journey-readiness information, and a credit never affects provider suitability, clinical priority or matching order.
No real credits have been sold or consumed. Legal, IG, tax, referral-rule and consumer-protection review must be recorded before any paid clinic introduction is enabled.
All five remain disabled for live activity. Enabling one is recorded against your account with the authority you give below.
Balances are shown as stored. The ledger is the authoritative accounting record, and reconciliation compares the two.
No credit wallet has been opened for any organisation.
Append-only. Entries are never edited or deleted: a correction is a new entry that points at what it reverses. No patient or health information is held here.
