Rooms for Doctors Large four bedroomed home with off road parking, secure parking for motorcycles and pushbikes. Easy access to M5, M42, M6, M1, Redditch town centre and local supermarkets. The Alexander Hospital, Redditch is a 10 minute commute. The Princess of Wales Hospital is a 20 minute commute as is the Evesham Community Hospital. University Hospital Birmingham is a 30 minute train commute. The property will be shared with the owners. Renters would have the use of a fully furnished bedroom with TV/Netflix/Broadband, shared bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, dining room and private patio. The back bedroom will cost 450 per month and the front bedroom will be 400 per month. We will supply bed linen and can offer a weekly room cleaning and change of linens as well as a laundry service for personal clothing at a cost of 12.50 per week.
