Lovely rooms, lovely house with garden! I have two beautiful fully furnished double bedrooms to let in my own large period home. Double beds but king size all new luxury bedding and linens. Lovely suntrap garden with pond/fountain, BBQ and unusual fire ball firepit. Large dining kitchen with six burner gas range, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Instant hot water with brand new combi boiler. Full unlimited broadband. Large shared sitting room with real fire, a large TV including Netflix, Sky Sports, Amazon Movies, Shudder and Alexa Prime Music. Shared full bathroom with cast iron tub with an industrial style copper daisy head shower over. Handy downstairs loo too. Off street parking for one car, quiet street parking for another. Rooms to store bikes outside out back. No pets as I have four friendly dogs but you won't have to spend time with them if you don't want to as I have my own private sitting room too. Looking to share with two others. Must be reliable and friendly. Rent includes ALL bills, nothing else to pay. Near the very lovely Oxton village and handy for transport links to Arrowe Park hospital, the Liverpool hospitals and Countess of Chester hospital.
