Lovely double bedroom in semi-rural location, 2 bed flat Spacious double room available in old converted mill building, in a lovely rural location, with a long private drive and parking. The village it sits in has a pub and shops are a 5 minute drive away. Easy to commute to both Telford and Shrewsbury. The flat is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The property has period features and benefits from a very large garden that is shared between the 6 flats in the building. It is decorated to a high standard. The room that is available to rent is a large double with plenty of storage space (wardrobes, chest of drawers). The main bathroom will be available to the tenant, which is large, spacious and airy. It features a bathtub with shower attachment. Looking for a lodger who is easy going, friendly, and clean and tidy, who will take good care of the place and clean up after themselves. I currently live in the flat full time but am occassionally away travelling with work. When at home, I work from home. The property is in council tax band C. No pets or smokers.
