Lovely newly renovated house close to beautiful Penarth Marina. Two double rooms available to rent Monday to Friday inclusive with further stay options available dependent on shift patterns. A newly refurbished home designed to a beautiful standard on Andrew Road, a 15 minute walk to Llandough Hospital. Amenities: Rooms have Wi-Fi, USB sockets, new soundproof doors, with use of the Wet Room, TV lounge with log burner, Kitchen, Dining Room, Utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer, 2nd WC & garden. There is instant hot water, central heating with parking on the street. Location: A five minute walk from both Cogan Train Station & Penarth Leisure Centre with only a few minutes’ walk beyond to Penarth Marina with supermarkets & coffee bars leading to Cardiff Bay Barrage, the beautiful coastal walk into Cardiff. A short journey by road or a 20 minute walk takes you to Penarth Pier & Promenade passing many bars & restaurants on route to the sea. The double rooms are £40 & £35 per night respectively. Professional occupants may apply. Unfortunately there isn’t disabled access due to steps onto the pavement.
