Shared Bathroom and Kitchen We don't smoke or drink and are generally very quiet Would suit agency Nurses for Longreach Hospital or Camborne/Redruth Hospital as only five minutes away, Female would be preferred. All bills are included, inc council Tax. Free wifi Private off road car park No pets allowed we already have three cats in the house. Centrally heated house Washing facilities included Other occupants 1 Adult female 1 child female. Rent Payable calendar monthly one month in advance. Rent is £500 per Calendar month. A deposit of £200 will be needed.
