Spacious modern home close to Torbay Hospital Stylish kitchen and dining area will meet all your needs with table for 6. 2 good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a standard double and other with a super king. The super King can also be changed to 2 singles on request so please specify. There is also an additional double sofa bed in lounge if required. Family size lounge with 55" TV and log burner for those cosey nights in. Large outside space to front with garden, patio area with table for 6, We have a large secure driveway with ample off road parking for 4 cars. Short walk to Torbay hospital from Shiphay lane.
