Double Room with clean bathroom, free parking and private garden One double room available for rent inc. bills (Gas, Water, Electricity, Broadband) The Location: About 6 miles west from university and 7 miles from the city centre. It's rural, so you will need a car, and happy to be in a quiet location. Room: One comfortable double bed, bedside table, large bookcase, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, desk, chair and small TV. You will also have a view from your bedroom overlooking the primary school playing fields and Ankerdine Hill in the distance. Bathroom: Shower, separate bath, toilet, sink. Clean and fresh - no mould! The bathroom will be for your sole use, unless my children are home. Kitchen: Your own fridge and freezer, cupboard for storage. All kitchen utensils in house can be used if you wish. Lounge: Reclining sofas, log burner, TV with DVD and easy hook up to iPad etc for streaming. Garden: Good size, well maintained garden with patio, glass canopy, garden sofa and fire pit Gym: Weights, treadmill and floor space can be used, along with storage for a bike Parking: There will be one car parking space reserved for you at the front of the property.
