Relaxing Accommodation with Flexible Timescales and Multi-Occupancy if required Fully furnished and ready to go dwelling on our 40 acre farm, used in the Summer months as a holiday let but made available for medical professionals in the shoulder and winter months. The accommodation enjoys panoramic views of the West Cornwall countryside, ample private parking, quiet rural surroundings perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a hard day. Walk our lanes and woodland trails at your leisure, watch our horses graze, snuggle up with a book on the couch or watch TV or browse the web. The site has great 4G reception all over. Suitable for anywhere from 1 to 6 occupants when used as a holiday let our guest house is spacious and airy, but we would recommend no more than 3 occupants max on a more long term basis to avoid the feeling of being too crowded. There is one double bedroom and a smaller bedroom featuring two single beds, the couch area is convertible into another bed. Gas cooker and gas central heating, independently metered electrical supply, guests will need to pay their own utility bills on top of the rent.
