About this place
Small room in a cottage; in a rural location. Detached cottage in quiet hamlet of Touchbridge. Oxford 11 miles/24 minutes. Easy access to M40. Two pubs in village, two newsagents/village shops, butcher and windmill. The room is furnished with a double bed, side table, desk and wardrobe. There is access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, garden and parking. It is a very rural location (a car is needed). Cottage is within a hamlet of houses; next to a farm and a short walk through the field to the village/pubs. Looking for someone who is friendly and down to earth with a good sense of humour that’s clean, tidy and cat friendly. Bills/Utilities included: Broadband, Council Tax, Electricity, Water, TV License, Prime Video and Neflix. Bills/Utilities not included: Oil purchased as needed, usually on a quarterly basis and 50% cost. Happy to speak and arrange viewings. Thanks, Alex.
