About this place
Tan y Felin, Llanddona,, Near Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey, North Wales Available as a long term rental. Please get in touch to discuss pricing. Handy for Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital - only 10 - 15 minutes away then back to a peaceful sanctuary. Tan y Felin is a detached new build (completed 2013) so offers efficient modern living with good insulation and UPVC windows. It has been decorated throughout with neutral decor and has had good quality carpets fitted. The ground floor comprises entrance porch, open plan living room through to dining kitchen with downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with recess wardrobe and a new upstairs toilet. It is served by oil central heating and also an Aga multifuel stove. The accommodation is the last one in a small residential cul- de-sac. It has off road parking for 2 cars, small rear shed and gardens to the front and side and comes with lovely country and sea views from the bedrooms and garden. It has two stone patio sitting areas, one adjacent to the house and the other to the top of the garden to take advantage of the lovely sea and country views. Llanddona is a village with a close community and local pub located in Anglesey and set in beautiful countryside. The property is just under 1.5 miles from Llanddona's award winning blue flag beach, 3.5 miles to the popular seaside town of Beaumaris yet only 7.5 miles back to the Brittannia Bridge and the fast dual carriage network. It is unique in how private and beautiful it's outlook and garden setting is without being at all isolated. Please note there is no loft / balcony access available. Also there is a small pond at the top of the garden which makes the house unsuitable for small children. Strictly no smokers.
