Characterful cottage, heart of Ramsgate Conservation Area, previously Cobbler's shop Beautifully renovated Georgian Cobbler's shop featuring quirky shoe related ornaments & cobbler tools in a nod to it's industrial heritage. The property is high standard, using state of the art features to provide a luxurious holiday retreat. Perfectly nestled between a large Georgian Square & the famous Addington St, full of boutique shops and award-winning bars, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to harbour, sea-front attractions and the golden sandy beach. Approaching Cobbler's Cottage you'll feel like you have stepped back in time, located in a quiet street in the Ramsgate Conservation area Cobbler's Cottage has retained it's large shop front window and original front door. When you step in you'll be greeted by a modern, spacious and highly spec'd holiday home which has some fun, quirky cobbler features alongside state of the art hot water systems and kitchen fittings. The open plan lounge and kitchen area provides ample space for 4 people to relax in the comfy sofas, or enjoy a meal or cocktail at the breakfast bar. The facilities are set up so you can cook a meal or just grab a coffee. There is a cloakroom area for shoes and hanging coats, with a high level heater which can be switched on to dry wet swim things. Downstairs you will also find a spacious shower room with instant hot water power shower. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with ample hanging and storage space. The brand new beds promise a comfy night's sleep on Egyptian cotton bedding. Bedroom 2 boasts an ensuite with a bath and handheld shower, all with interesting taps and fittings so you will feel like you are in a luxury space. Outside there is a small courtyard where you can enjoy a sundowner or a morning coffee. *Dog Friendly* Guest access Full and private access to the whole property Ramsgate mainline train station is approx 20 minutes walk from the property.
