Space for a small double and desk. In a quiet cul de sac between Cradley Heath and Old Hill high street. Also within 15 minutes of the Russel Hall Hospital The room can be furnished/decorated to your preference as has recently been modernised. The room is on a separate floor from the main rooms in the house Shared use of the rest of the house/ garden/ workshop with 1 x 22-year-old professional female.
