Available now up until late October Available 11th August, up to late October initially. I have recently bought a spacious, split level flat in Tulse Hill. Downstairs there is large kitchen with table for meals, full height fridge/freezer, modern hob/cooker and dishwasher. The living room is fully furnished with two sofas, loads of house plants and leads on to a private balcony. Upstairs there is a double room where I am living and two singles, which I am renting out. They are not the biggest rooms around but freshly painted and new mattresses, large light windows. One room has a large set of drawers, the other has a desk. They both have drawers in the beds and access to loads of storage on the landing. There is plenty of storage and common space in the flat. The flat is in an ex local authority block. It is a small, quiet and friendly estate. It is very secure and homely. We are a 10 min walk from Tulse Hill Station and all the pubs and shops on the high street, a 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to Streatham Hill with quick buses to Brixton. The flat is kept clean and tidy and is a relaxed environment. Ideally situated for easy travel to all major south London hospitals. I am vegan and would much prefer a meat free house.
