1 kingsize bed, on street parking, close to transport & amenities Moments from sandy West Bay & Westgate coffee shops, restaurants, bars & Carlton Cinema. Hop on a bus & within minutes you're in the heart of buzzing Margate. Westgate is a charming town with beautiful old buildings. The apartment boasts a king-size bed, fitted kitchen, a small courtyard garden plus a larger terrace. Redecorated in 2023. The building is a large Victorian house, now converted into apartments. We are the basement apartment with light flooding into the lounge from the large fronted bay windows and into the bedroom at the rear through a fully glazed door and window. There are steps down from the street level to the front door. *Entrance* Step straight into the fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer. oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all you need to cook up a breakfast or a hearty meal. *Lounge/Diner* Perfectly set out, the lounge has a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. There is a dining table; perfect size to eat a meal, catch up on emails or play a board game. Take a moment to examine our Beach Treasures, a collection of shells, sea glass and other beach finds displayed for all guests to enjoy and add to. *Lobby* Here is a great space to store your case, hang your coat, pop your shoes. There is also a small selection of books and games for you to use whilst staying with us. *Bathroom* Large bathroom with lots of natural light, it has a full size bath with an electric shower over the bath. *Bedroom* Beautiful king-size bed with 4 pillows, plenty of storage in the large chest of drawers. The glazed door leads out to steps to the two terraces, which are available for guest use. *Terrace 1* - note there are steps from ground level up to terrace 1 and 2 - Small bistro set on the first level, perfect to enjoy and evening drink. *Terrace 2* Larger garden area with planting. Guest access Full access to the apartment, and the two terraces. Other things to note There are steps down to the apartment and steps up to the terraces. It is a basement flat and has large windows to the front (lounge/diner) and large windows to the rear (bedroom).
