The house is located close to the Heath hospital, 10min walk, and the City Centre. There is 3 night minimum night booking. *Baby Travel cot and High-chair available on request when booking your stay *Mini-markets, stores, Restaurants and Take-aways close by *WiFi Internet access *Linen and household professionally cleaned *Local parks close by for relaxation, fresh air and exercise *TV in lounge *One Visitors Parking Permit for on street parking 4 Bedroom mid-terraced House Sleeps Up to 10 Guests Bedroom 1 - 1x Double Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1x Double Bed Bedroom 3 - 1x Double Bed Bedroom 4 - 1x Double Bed Living Space - 1x Sofa Bed Dedicated working space in each bedroom The house has a private entrance and there is a self check-in Key safe. House and linen are professionally cleaned. Each bedroom has a table and chair to allow guests to work form home. Shampoo, Shower Gel, Conditioner and hand soap are provided in each bathroom. Welcome pack (Semi-skimmed milk and Welsh cakes, Coffee, Tea, sugar) Kitchen amenities:- Washing up liquid, Kitchen Paper towel, Olive oil, vinegar, Pepper and salt tumbler. Large selection of saucepans and pans. Cutlery and crockery for 8 people. Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. If late checkout is not agreed, a fee of £50 per hour will apply. Please note that you will be charged £120 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. We specialise in larger groups for longer stays. For bookings over 1 month cleaning and change of linen occurs fortnightly. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to check for availability. We have been hosting guests in our Serviced Accommodation since 2018. The Management team is available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need throughout your stay.
