Perfect accommodation for professionals and long term workers. It is in close proximity to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, take aways, activities, leisure centres and healthcare facilities. It has good transport links to the M6 motorway. Nearest Hospitals: This property is conveniently located within a 10 - 35 minute drive to a number of hospitals. Integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and clothes can also be aired outdoors. Clothes pegs also available in coloured bowl in bottom kitchen drawer. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner (stored in the cupboard in the lounge) and cleaning materials are provided (Kitchen cupboard under the sink) Mop and bucket stored in outside shed. Please ensure dirty water is emptied after each use. There is a dining area which seats up to five people. There is also a downstairs WC. Living area In the lounge is a 40 inch flat screen smart TV with a sofa , where you are able to unwind after a long shift at work. There is a 24 inch HD and HDMI TV in all three bedrooms with built-in chromecast / freeview play / bluetooth / dobly audio / netflix / prime video / disney plus. . To the rear of the property are patio doors leading to a garden and seated area where you are able to relax. Recycling bins are located to the rear of property on the drive. Parking: There are two free parking spaces to the side of the property , with ample spaces on the road if required.
