Maidencombe Beautiful newly refurbished bungalow in the lovely area of Maidencombe. 3 furnished double bedrooms available to rent, 1 with an en suite. shared kitchen, large decking area, large lounge, plenty of parking and dinning room Torbay hospital is approximately 15 minutes drive and Exeter hospital is about 20/25 minutes. I am a 24 year old working profession, hoping to rent out the other 3 rooms in my property, available until June, when I will be renting as airbnb.
