Perfect location. Westlands Apartment is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated in Sunderland, two minutes walking distance to Sunderland general hospital. With easy transport links to Durham and Newcastle this location is perfect for those wanting to explore different areas of the North East. Sunderland has a beautiful beach which has a variety of bars, restaurants and arcades along the seafront. There is also the Stadium of Light, the Land, Sea and Air Museum and the National Glass Centre. You will never be short of something to do in Sunderland and if you wish to venture outside of Sunderland there are trains and buses that travel to the surrounding areas. The property comprises of an entrance hall leading to the lounge, kitchen, dining area. The lounge area has a large, comfortable sofa (which can be turned into a sofa bed upon request, additional charge), an arm chair and a Freeview TV. Following, the open plan kitchen and dining area includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, an air fryer and a four seater dining table. Following, there is a double bedroom with ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The bed can also be split into two single beds should guests require this. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a sink and a toilet. The property benefits from having a back yard which guests can use throughout their stay. There is a garage which guests can use for one car throughout their stay. Any additional cars will need to use the on street parking.
