Perfect Location Book your stay at our spacious, one bed apartment. The apartment is situated in an unbeatable location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the L&D university hospital, the M1 is just a 5 minute drive away & only a 14 minutes drive to Luton airport. This makes the property a great location for NHS staff & contractors working in the area. We’ve also made sure you have all the amenities you could possibly need to make you feel at home. Situated in a clean, quiet ground floor apartment block this gem of a property consists of one bedroom & a spacious living area which includes a sofa bed. The whole property is designed to sleep 3 individuals (2 in the double bed, 1 on the sofa bed). The bathroom comprises of a spacious walk-in shower, toilet & sink. There is also ample space within the property to store all your belongings as there is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and a storage cupboard in the hallway.
