Convenient House Bright, warm and clean, newly refurbished room in a quiet and peaceful road in Meltham. This is a large single with an armchair, desk and Now TV. It has lovely views across the moors, which are only a few minutes distant for scenic walks. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Meltham, with a variety of shops, and restaurants and large supermarket Morrisons. This includes sharing of the newly refurbished kitchen, bathroom and garden, with a patio. The kitchen is well equipped and has individual cupboard and freezer space, and a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Rental includes all bills, broadband, house and bedroom cleaning, towels and bed linen. Bed linen is also changed for you by the cleaner. On street parking available outside the house. This house is well managed by the resident landlord and is kept clean and warm. Smoking is in the garden only. Sorry no pets - there is a well behaved resident dog already.
