Fully furnished 1st floor flat featuring 2 double bedrooms within walking distance from St. George's Hospital The flat is on the 1st floor, has high ceilings, lots of light and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shared living space has plenty of room for cooking, eating and relaxing. The main bedroom has a king size bed, with memory foam mattress and a newly fitted ensuite wetroom. The second bedroom itself is furnished with a double bed, with a memory foam mattress, large wardrobe and desk. The second bathroom has a shower, bathroom cabinet and toilet Both tube and Thameslink are within walking distance, Tooting overground station is a 2 minute walk and Tooting Broadway is a 10-15 minute walk along with all the bars and restaurants around Broadway. There is a nice gym and a local park just round the corner. If you have a car sorting out a permit for by the flat shouldn’t be too difficult.
