About this place
One bedroom but also double sofa bed in living area. This cosy, comfortable, first floor, one bedroom apartment is in the heart of historic Gloucester. A real home from home, it is close to all amenities and is just 10 minutes walk from both the bus and train stations, and is also near to Gloucester Royal Hospital - 20 minute walk, 8 minute cycle, 5 minute drive. In this apartment you will find modern comfort within an old historic listed building. It is freshly renovated, and so everything is new and clean. The flat has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. All bedding, bed linen, and towels are provided. The bedroom is a wonderfully quiet cave like room, perfect for anyone on shift work needing to sleep varied hours. In the living area there is a sofa bed that opens into a full size double bed. As it is in the general living area, where the kitchen also is, it would be best that the guests know each other when renting together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses, microwave etc. There is a full size electric induction hob, with an electric oven below. There is no dishwasher but a sink and drainer with lovely hot water! In the kitchen there is an integrated washing machine/tumble drier. In the living area there is also a dining table and chairs, a 40" tv and the 3 seater sofa. There is free WiFi. All the hot water in the apartment is from an electric boiler, there is no gas at all in the property. Car parks are close by.

No smoking anywhere inside the whole building. Guests must go out to the street to smoke or vape. No parties or gatherings. Quiet time between 10pm and 7am. No unbooked guests without prior consent from the host.
