First-floor flat with newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, an abundance of natural light for days & blackout blinds for the evening. Luxurious cotton bedding on a king-size bed. GREAT LOCATION 4 min. walk to Finsbury Park St. 15 min to KX/St Pancras St. and with a direct connection to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighborhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :) Every utility, hair dryer & iron included. BED There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels are provided. LIVING & DINING AREA You will find a nice-sized rounded dining table with two comfortable designer chairs. There is also a 30’ TV with Netflix. KITCHEN Perfect size kitchen for 2 people. Fully equipped with everything guests could possibly need for a short or extended stay. With brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, balsamico, salt & pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, a hand blender, a kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, and more :) PARKING Parking is available for as little as £8 per day, please request. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 22 pm - 7:30 am.

Your home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules. No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, we have families with children living just next to us , and please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm-9:00am - please keep noise down! No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
