PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that it's a ‘home away from home’ :) Second-floor flat (no lift) with newly fitted kitchenette, bathroom, smart TV, an abundance of natural light for days & blackout blinds for the evening. GREAT LOCATION: 14 min. walk to Arsenal St. , 15 min. walk from Highbury Islington St and 20 min to KX/St Pancras St. The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighborhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :) BED There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels are provided. DINING AREA You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two chair with 30’ TV with Netflix. KITCHENETTE Nicely sized kitchenette with brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with salt & pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, kettle, microwave/oven, portable induction with 2 burners and Nespresso coffee machine and much more :) There is also wardrobe in the apartment. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 10pm - 8:00 am. Are you a bigger group or a bigger family? We have more studio flats in the same house. Just send us a message :)

Your home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules. No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, we have families with children living just next to us , and please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm-9:00am - please keep noise down! No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
