Welcome to our cosy, minimalistic but stylish ground-floor flat with kitchenette, walk in shower & smart TV. GREAT LOCATION: 5 min walk walk to Kilburn St., 12 min. walk from West Hampstead station. Very easy and fast to get to London’s most famous attractions. Great restaurants and coffee shops close by :) I’m a Superhost click on my profile for more reviews. Cannot wait to host you! PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that it's a ‘home away from home’ :) This flat is located on the ground floor & has amazing high ceilings. The flat has everything you need for your stay with a fitted kitchenette and bathroom. The flat is very cosy, with one big window, other window is high and rather for decoration, the flat has less day light but it's even more cosy :) The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :) BED There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels (1 bath towel 1 face towel per person) are provided. DINING AREA You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two chair with 30’ TV with Netflix. KITCHENETTE Nicely sized kitchenette with brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with salt & pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, kettle, microwave/oven, induction with 2 burners and Nespresso coffee machine and much more :) NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 10pm - 8:00 am. Are you a bigger group or a bigger family? We have more studio flats in the same house. Just send us a message :)

Your home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules. No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, we have families with children living just next to us , and please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm-9:00am - please keep noise down! No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
