Bright, minimalist studio retreat for two in London! This stylish flat features an exposed brick wall, a comfy double bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Located just a 5-min walk from Kilburn and 12 mins from West Hampstead stations, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's top attractions. Enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay with easy access to everything London has to offer. The main room features: * A striking exposed brick wall * A brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress and high-quality linens * Blackout blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep * A dining area with a round table for two, very useful also as a dedicated workspace * A 30-inch Smart TV with Netflix access * A wardrobe for your belongings The well-equipped kitchenette allows for a home-like experience and includes: * Nespresso coffee machine * Microwave * 2-burner induction hob * Toaster and kettle * Essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, and cookies The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person for your convenience. This flat is located on the second floor (no lift) NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, we have families with children living just next to us , and please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm-9:00am - please keep noise down! No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
