No Parties or Events: We love hosting guests, but parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Exceeding this limit without prior consent may result in additional charges or cancellation Please note: Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement outlining house rules and liability terms.
