Self-contained one-bedroom Queen's Court flat in a brand-new building, well suited to NHS staff, locums, visiting clinicians and families needing a quiet base near Alder Hey and Broadgreen Hospitals. Guests have private use of the whole apartment, including an open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room includes a single bed, giving space for up to three guests. The flat includes secure parking, WiFi, dedicated workspace, 40-inch HDTV with Roku, washer dryer, lift access, heating, bath and self check-in via lockbox. It is on the second floor with lift or stair access. Alder Hey and Broadgreen Hospitals are both around a 12-minute walk away, with local supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and bus links close by. Liverpool city centre is around 15 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes by bus. The property is best suited to quiet stays rather than parties or events. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Moderate cancellation policy applies. Cleaning fee is non-refundable once a stay has started. Security deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out subject to inspection.
